GoTrax Ultra Eclipse eScooter
At 55lbs, the GoTrax Ultra Eclipse electric kick scooter is not a lightweight, however, it is well equipped to handle not only city streets, but also off road travel. Its' 10 inch wide pneumatic tires provide good cushion on city roads, and the challenging off road terrain. This escooter is rated for 264lb riders, and can travel for 32 miles on one charge, at speeds to 32kph. This is possible with its' 500w rated battery with a 750w peak power(48v, 15ah). The escooter features three gears; pedestrian(0-3), 2nd(to 15), and 3rd(to 20mph).
The rear tire accommodates the motor, and there are drum brakes on rear and front tires, along with an electromagnetic brake. The dual front-wheel suspension makes for a more comfortable ride, easily handling city street potholes and uneven terrain.
The Ultra comes equipped with a headlight for night riding, and has an integrated rack over the rear tire which could come in handy for short city commutes or off road adventures. An app is also included, where you can view speed, distance, battery life, as well as additional features. This electric kick scooter is suitable for riders 5.2ft to 6.2ft in height.
